The Red Sea Rules. 1K likes. 10 Principles for Dealing with Life's Difficulties - Based on Exodus 14 where Moses and the Israelites cross the Red Sea. He rebuked the Red sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through the wilderness. he rebuked. Psalm Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at thy rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of thy nostrils.

It is certain that we will face difficulties, and that God will allow them, as He allowed the Israelites to become trapped between Pharaoh's rushing armies and the uncrossable Red Sea. But just as certain is the fact that the same God who led us in will lead us out. As The Red Sea Rules makes comfortingly clear, He is in control. God is a God who reveals His will and He is always present. God led His people in such a way that a miraculous and dramatic deliverance through the Red Sea would be necessary. This was done so both the Egyptians would come to know He is God (Ex. ,17) and the Israelites would believe in Him (Ex. ). God is always in control to accomplish.

The God who led His people thro' the parted sea, And from Egyptian bondage set His children free, Who rain'd down bread from heaven all the pilgrim way Is the God to whom I pray. Chorus Just the same today, just the same today, As when He led His children thro' the sea, His trustful child l'll be, For in His word I see, The God who doeth wonders. For God said, “Lest the people change their minds when they see war and return to Egypt.” But God led the people around by the way of the wilderness toward the Red Sea. And the people of Israel went up out of the land of Egypt equipped for battle.
